Groupe Renault has announced plans for a new Alpine sports car, unveiling the Alpine Vision show car in Monte Carlo. The Alpine Vision is powered by a new four-cylinder turbocharged engine, built by Renault Sport which promises a 0 to 100km/h time of less than 4.5 seconds. Michael van der Sande is Alpine’s managing director with Antony Villain heading up the design. This new Alpine will be made in Dieppe, France and go in sale in Europe in 2017.
