FIAT has announced the arrival of two new models of the sporty Abarth 500, the Abarth 595 Turismo and the Abarth 595 Competizione. Each one is powered by a 1.4-litre turbo-charged engine that produces 160hp and is available with either a manual or automated manual transmission. The Abarth 595 Turismo features uprated shock-absorbers, leather upholstery, climate control, 17” 10-spoke alloys, xenon headlights, machined aluminium fuel and oil caps, rear privacy glass and red brake callipers. Prices for this model commence from £17,725 Sterling, approximately €29,000 in Ireland.
The Abarth 595 Competizione also features uprated suspension, xenon headlights, machined aluminium fuel and oil caps, special pedals and floor mats and privacy glass. In addition it also boasts cross-drilled brake discs complete with red callipers, Sabelt racing seats, a sports exhaust and 5-spoke 17” alloys. Prices for this model commence from £18,725 Sterling, approximately €31,000 in Ireland.
