Skoda has expanded its Rapid model line-up with the arrival of the Skoda Rapid Spaceback. Prices for the new Rapid Spaceback commence from €17,495. To mark the launch of the Rapid Spaceback, ŠKODA dealerships nationwide are holding an Open Week from Tuesday, 29th October to Saturday, 2nd November where motorists can test drive the Rapid Spaceback and avail of special introductory offers for new 2014 purchases. All customers will be given a free 3-year service plan with every Rapid order taken and for early orders Sat Nav and cruise control are provided for €249.
The Rapid Spaceback is available across three trim specifications, Active, Ambition and Elegance. Powering the Rapid Spaceback is a choice of petrol and diesel engines, there’s a 1.2-litre TSI 86hp petrol engine, a 105hp 1.2-litre TSI petrol and a 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine with 122hp. The diesel line-up is comprised of a 1.6-litre TDI that produces 90hp and is available with either a six-speed manual or a DSG automatic transmission.
