Jaguar has unveiled its F-TYPE Coupé in Los Angeles in front of 500 media, celebrities and customers. The range is headlined by the F-TYPE R Coupé, it’s powered by a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol engine that delivers 550hp and 680Nm of torque. There is also an F-TYPE S Coupé and an F-TYPE Coupé, both are powered by the same 3.0-litre supercharged V6 petrol engine, the S variant produces 380hp while the standard model has 340hp. The body of the F-TYPE Coupé is constructed from aluminium, and all models are equipped with an eight-speed ‘Quickshift’ transmission.
