Ford’s all-new B-Max is set to arrive in Ireland this September with prices commencing from €19,170. The highlight of the B-Max is its Easy Access Door System which provides unhindered entry and exit to the rear of the car. It’s also the first European Ford to offer the Ford SYNC system. SYNC is an advanced voice control, device integration and connectivity interface. It enables users to connect mobile phones and music players by Bluetooth or USB, make hands-free telephone calls, and control music and other functions using voice commands. The SYNC system also has an Emergency Assistance feature, this enables occupants to call the emergency services in the event of an accident. Ford won an award for this system at the 2012 Global Mobile Awards, Barcelona. We’ll bring you more details closer to the car’s Irish launch.
