Although most of the news is coming from Frankfurt this week we have learned closer to home that RTÉ has announced Nissan Ireland will be the sponsor of brand-new series “The Ray D’Arcy Show” which begins on RTÉ One television on Saturday 26thSeptember. The new prime-time Saturday night chat-show will include Irish and international celebrity interviews, as well as strong human interest stories along with comedy and music from both well established and emerging talent. Part of Nissan Ireland’s one year sponsorship agreement of The Ray D’Arcy Show includes stings across RTÉ One, RTÉ One+1 and on RTÉ Player. To coincide with the first episode a viewer competition for a Nissan Qashqai will be run.
