Opel has announced details of its new limited edition Astra ‘Copacabana’ just in time for the World Cup Finals in Brazil this summer. This Astra is powered by Opel’s new 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 200hp and will accelerate to 100km/h in 7.9 seconds from a standstill. The Astra’s interior features real grass upholstery, sourced from the Maracana Stadium, there’s also a non-alcoholic ‘Caipirinhas’ making machine and ice dispenser.
