Peugeot’s new 107 will go on-sale later this month, with prices starting from €12,045. Peugeot’s super-mini promises improved economy and lower CO2 emissions over its predecessor. The 1.0l petrol model with a five-speed manual gearbox will return 4.3l/100km on a combined run and emit just 99g of CO2, thus placing it in tax band A.
The 107 displays a new face, with a deeper lower front panel and LED daytime lights. The interior has been treated to a new colour scheme including new seat upholstery. Irish motorists can choose from a five-speed manual gearbox or, a 2-Tronic automatic transmission in the five-door 1.0l petrol model. Both come complete with front fog lights and low resistance tyres as standard.
