This is Land Rover’s Range Rover Evoque Convertible Concept, which Land Rover are looking at putting into production. They will have the concept displayed on their stand at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The Evoque has certainly been a success story so far for Land Rover, its popularity has seen demand outweigh supply and it has won over 90 awards to date. We were certainly impressed when we test drove one for a week, you can read out full review here: http://www.rev.ie/range-rover-evoque/
The Range Rover Evoque Convertible Concept uses a soft-top retractable roof system. The roof is stowed away neatly when retracted. The interior is finished to the same high standard as its hard-top sibling with all the usual Range Rover refinements in place. Speaking at the announcement of the Evoque Convertible Concept, Land Rover Global Brand Director John Edwards commentated: “The Evoque Convertible Concept is a new twist to the Evoque story and explores the potential to further extend the nameplate’s appeal by giving existing customers more choice, whilst at the same time reaching out to a completely new customer base. We are excited to see the response to this concept as we assess the potential for building on the Evoque’s exceptional success so far.”
