SEAT Ireland has announced pricing for its new SEAT Leon SC Coupé. Prices will commence from €18,645 and it will be on sale across Ireland from the 1st July. The Leon SC Coupé is the first example of a three-door Seat Leon, with the new Leon launched earlier this year. Following on from the SC, the Leon model line-up will be complemented with the addition of an estate variant, the sports tourer later this year.
Powering the Leon SC will be a 1.2-litre TSI petrol engine, available in two power outputs, 86hp and 105hp, there will also be a 1.8-litre TSI with 180hp on offer. The diesel versions consist of a 1.6-litre TDI with 90hp and 105hp variants and a 2.0-litre diesel which produces 184hp and 380Nm of torque. Customers can choose from three trim specifications, Reference, Style and FR. Just some of the standard specification includes, 6 airbags, air conditioning, a multifunction steering wheel and on board computer, a 5” colour touch screen media system with MP3, USB, SD Card and Bluetooth connectivity. The Style model benefits from such additions as front fog lamps, cruise control, 16” alloy wheels and an XDS (electronic differential lock). The high-end FR model gains light and rain sensors, rear park distance control, tinted windows, Seat Drive Profile, 17” alloy wheels, FR suspension, full LED headlights and a 5.8” colour touch screen media system, amongst many others.
