Further to our earlier news today on the timetable for this weekend’s Bavaria City Racing Dublin, comes the announcement that SEAT Ireland will be supplying the course cars for this prestigious event. SEAT’s presence on Dublin’s streets will be in the form of two SEAT Leon Cupra R models, they will act as both the Safety and Pace cars, there’ll also be a SEAT Exeo ST which will provide transport for the Medical Team. The SEAT Leon Cupra R’s will feel at home amongst all the high-powered race machinery present. They are powered by a 2.0-litre TSI petrol turbo-charged engine that produces a hefty 265hp. The Cupra R is the top model within the Leon range, it’s priced from €40,305.
